Conjoint Evolute is a sub-Type of Evolute Monsters that also permits to perform a Conjoint step to give Evolute Monsters more Effects, and additional E-C for their effects. Conjoint Card is a non-Evolute Conjoint card, with the exception of Spell/Traps, Conjoint Monsters act as if they're their respective type, minus the fact they can manually Conjoint themselves (or by card effects) to Evolute Monsters. With the sole exception of non-Effect Monsters, Conjointed Cards to Evolute Monsters can be Disjointed by their own effects, or by card effects in other cases. Conjoint Spell/Trap Cards act like Normal Spell/Trap Card(s), except they have a C-E, and a monster effect given to an Evolute Monster. After activation, the player who activated the Spell/Trap Card, can choose whether to Conjoint the card or not.

How to Conjoint:[]

Main article:Conjoint
During the open game state of your Main Phase, you can manually Conjoint a Conjoint Evolute Monsters , selecting 1 other Evolute Monster you control. Conjointed Evolute Monsters Gain Additional E-C, as well as with New Effects.

A Conjoint Spell/Trap Card that resolved successfully and was not Negated, nor removed by card effects can be Conjointed to an Evolute Monster'(s) manually. Once Conjointed, they only apply the additional bulleted Monster Effects, and not their original Spell/Trap activated effects.

Conjoint Loss:[]

A Conjointed Evolute board can be broken in several ways disabling their restoration as seen in the Conjoint phase:

  • If the Evolute Monster gets attached to an Xyz Monster by card effects.
  • If the Evolute Monster gets equipped to a monster by card effects.
  • If a card or an effect that causes an Evolute Monster to leave the field.
  • Tributed, or Used as a Fusion, Link, or other Evolute Materials for a Summon.

Contrast to the manual Disjoint, the Conjointed monster in question will not be Special Summoned (or Re-Evolute Summoned in case of Conjoint Evolute Monsters), and thus it is sent to the Graveyard instead.

  • Nomi monsters and/or monsters that cannot be Special Summoned cannot be Special Summoned.
  • Floodgate Effects that prevent Special Summoning will cause the Disjointed monster to be sent to the Graveyard.
